DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Driver Non-Executive Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC said that Non-Executive Director Peter Collini purchased shares in the company on Tuesday.

Collini bought 10,000 shares at a price of 53 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Collini now holds 60,000 shares, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company.

Shares in the professional services consultancy closed 2.4% lower at 50.75 pence on Tuesday.
