Rentokil Initial PLC - Crawley, England hygiene business - Notes that its Non-Executive Director Linda Yueh has been appointed as a non-executive director of Standard Chartered PLC with effect from January 1, 2023.

DP Poland PLC - Polish Domino's Pizza franchisor - Appoints Edward Kacyrz as chief financial officer with effect from December 1, 2022. He does not hold any current directorships and has not held any directorships in the last 5 years, DP says.

NetScientific PLC - London-based life sciences and sustainability technology investment firm - Says John Clarkson will step down as non-executive chair with immediate effect. "It has also been agreed that John will, until 31 December 2023, provide various consultancy and advisory services to group companies for an aggregate remuneration that is within his contractual entitlement to payment in lieu of notice," the company explains. He joined the board in 2019.

Ince Group PLC - legal and professional services business - Appoints Jennette Newman to the board as an executive director with immediate effect. She is an experienced lawyer who held senior business roles as a partner at both Clyde & Co LLP and BLM LLP.

Spectral MD Holdings Ltd - London and Dallas, Texas-based predictive analytics for wound care - Appoints Niko Pagoulatos as chief operating officer, effective this week. She has held multiple board roles in the past, including chief innovation officer, chief operating officer, and chief technology officer at EchoNous.

Gelion PLC - New South Wales, Australia-based energy solutions company - Appoints John Wood as chief executive officer, who will start his role on November 21. He will succeed the interim CEO Hannah McCaughey. Wood has a 30-year track record of "successful entrepreneurship".

DFS Furniture PLC - Furniture retail company - Names John Fallon as executive director and chief financial officer of the company. He will join the board on November 14.
