DIRECTOR DEALINGS: DP Poland Non-Executive Buys 1.2 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - DP Poland PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Chris Moore bought a total of 1.2 million shares.

Moore bought 500,000 shares at 31.4 pence each on Tuesday. He bought a further 250,000 shares at 32.7p each last Friday and 450,000 shares at 32.4p each last Thursday.

Following these acquisitions, Moore holds 2.9 million shares, equal to a 2.19% stake.

The stock was up 9.5% at 33.40p Tuesday.
