Dukemount Capital PLC - property developer - Secures GBP500,000 in new financing through fundraising undertaken by broker Peterhouse Capital Ltd, which involves a combination of subscription by Chesterfield Capital Ltd of GBP500,000 by the issue of new convertible note, and sale by Chesterfield of 97.0 million shares to new investors.

Chesterfield now holds 4.7 million shares representing 1.0% of Dukemount's issued share capital.
