Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity - Chief Strategy Officer & AI Officer Nicole Eagan sells 585,425 shares at GBP3.93 each, worth GBP2.3 million, on Thursday last week.

Tesco PLC - Welwyn Garden City, England-based supermarket chain - Jason Tarry, chief executive officer for UK & Republic of Ireland, sells 76,095 shares at GBP2.60 each, worth GBP198,075 on Friday last week.

Land Securities Group PLC - London-based commercial property developer - Chair Ian Cheshire buys 14,840 shares at GBP6.69 each, worth GBP99,250, on Monday.

HICL Infrastructure PLC - London-based investor in infrastructure assets - Edward Hunt, a senior executive of the fund's investment manager, InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd, buys 40,000 shares at GBP1.35 each, worth GBP54,118, on Monday.

Upland Resources Ltd - oil and gas assets in Malaysia, Tunisia and the UK North Sea - Says a director and senior management of Upland and its joint venture partner in Sarawak Big Oil Ventures Sdn Bhd on Monday buy 13.3 million shares at 0.6 pence each, worth GBP80,000. Doesn't name the buyers.
