DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: CYBG Chairman Pettigrew Buys Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Bank CYBG said Chairman Jim Pettigrew acquired 50,000 shares in the company in a deal on Thursday.Pettigrew bought the CYBG shares at 200.20 pence each for a total of GBP100,100. His total stake in the company following the acquisition was not disclosed. CYBG shares closed down 2.5% at 192.70p each. ----------Everyman Media said a trust related to Chairman Paul Wise bought shares in the company. The Paul Wise Family Trust acquired 12,730 shares at 195.00p for GBP24,823. Following the deal, they now hold a combined 3.3% stake in the company. Earlier on Friday, the company said Wise, through his family trust, bought 12,796 shares at 194.00p each for a total of GBP24,824. It also said Executive Director Adam Kaye acquired 75,000 shares at 199.99p for GBP149,992, and he now holds a 7.4% interest in the company. Everyman Media shares closed 1.0% up at 196.50p. ----------Proteome Sciences said Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle purchased shares in the biomarker research company following a transaction on Thursday. Diggle acquired 500,000 shares at a price of 3.24p each, worth GBP16,200. Proteome Sciences shares ended 18% lower at 2.82p each.----------Majestic Wine said Chief Executive Rowan Gormley, Finance Director James Crawford, and Chief Technology Officer Derek Hardy acquired shares in the wine retailer in separate transactions on Thursday. Gormley bought 15,700 shares at a price of 316 pence each, worth GBP49,612. Following the deal, Gormley's interest will be 4.6 million shares, representing a 6.3% holding. Crawford acquired a total of 11,000 shares in two transactions, worth GBP34,180. He bought 7,500 shares at a price of 310.49p each and 3,500 shares at 311.24p. Following the transfer, Crawford and persons closely associated with him will be interested in 85,144 shares, representing a 0.1% stake. Meanwhile, Hardy bought 10,000 shares at a price of 321.14p each, totalling GBP32,114. After the transaction, Hardy and persons closely associated with him will have an interest of 100,879 shares, representing a 0.1% stake. Majestic Wine shares ended 3.1% lower at 312.00p each.----------Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust said Non-Executive Director Michael Balfour bought 60,000 shares in the firm on Thursday. Balfour acquired the shares at 89.00p each for GBP53,400. Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust shares closed up 0.3% at 88.90p each. ----------Charles Stanley said Chief Executive Officer Paul Abberley acquired shares in the investment management company. Abberley bought 68,500 shares at a price of 290p each, totalling GBP298,650. Shares in Charles Stanley finished down 3.3% at 290.00p each.----------Dalata Hotel Group said both its chief executive and his deputy bought shares in the Irish firm. Chief Executive Pat McCann bought 20,000 Dalata shares at EUR4.75 each, for EUR95,000. He now has 1.3 million shares, worth 0.7% of the company. His deputy, Stephen McNally, purchased 10,000 shares at EUR4.75 for EUR47,500. He now has 449,538 shares, 0.2% of the firm. Dalata also said Deputy Chief Executive of Business Development & Finance Dermot Crowley bought 5,000 shares at EUR4.72, for a total cost of EUR23,600. He now has 439,454 shares, 0.2% of Dalata. Dalata shares closed flat at 422.75p each. ----------Scapa Group said its chief executive officer and three other directors all bought shares in the company. On Thursday, CEO Oskar Zahn acquired an initial 1,000 shares at 319.0p each for GBP3,190. On the same day, Non-Executive Director Pierre Guyot acquired an initial 15,000 shares at 322.58p for GBP48,387. Non-Executive Director Brendan McAtamney bought 14,150 initial shares at 317.0 pence on Friday for GBP44,855. Finally, Patricia Sawkins, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Martin Sawkins, bought 6,500 shares at 313.86p for GBP20,400. Scapa shares closed down 1.5% on Friday at 313p each. ----------Mitie Group said Senior Independent Director Roger Yates bought 50,000 shares for GBP75,200 in the company. Yates acquired the shares at 150.4p each. His total stake following the deal was not disclosed. Mitie shares closed 0.9% down at 152.00p each. ----------
