LONDON (Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Mark Shuttleworth as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Most recently, Shuttleworth, who has held numerous finance positions, was chief financial officer of Pace PLC as well as Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC.
Shares in the estate agent were trading marginally higher at 11.38 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
