LONDON (Dow Jones)-- Charles Taylor Consulting PLC (CTR.LN), a provider of insurance services, said Thursday that overall trading continues to be in line with the trends indicated in the company's interim Management statement, and said during the second half it will seek to mitigate the impact of the additional costs in the Management Services business and to improve revenue and contract profitability at Charles Taylor Insurance Services or CTIS.
