Catenae Signs Two Agreements For Onside Management Software

(Alliance News) - Catenae Innovation PLC on Thursday said that it had signed agreements with Bradford City FC Community Foundation and Southend United Community & Educational Trust for its Onside software.

Onside is a data-protection compliant management tool specifically developed for sports organisations. It is designed to deal with different elements of community coaching including staff scheduling, timesheet processing and reporting to stakeholders.

The digital media and technology firm said that Bradford City FC Community Foundation signed a new agreement for the tool and Southend United Community & Educational Trust renewed its agreement.

Interim Chief Executive Guy Meyer commented: "These contracts are a vote of confidence in the business, our product set and the team of talented customer focused individuals who constantly innovate our offerings to meet the high expectations of our clients. The directors intend to place every effort into growing the company and enhancing shareholder value over the next year."

In separate news, the company confirmed that a general meeting will be held to discuss a proposed re-organisation of capital and in increase of authorisation to issue shares on a non pre-emptive basis. The meeting is scheduled for Monday next week.

Shares in Catenae were down 2.9% at 0.016 pence per share on Thursday morning in London.
