LONDON (Alliance News) - Consort Medical PLC said Thursday that Schroders PLC decreased its stake in the drug and delivery device manufacturer to below 5% after a transaction on Wednesday.
Schroders' holding after the deal was below 5% of shares. Prior to the transaction, Schroders held a 9.5% stake in the company.
Shares in Consort Medical closed down 2.3% at 1,120.00 pence per share on Thursday.
