LONDON (Alliance News) - Consort Medical PLC said Wednesday that it has signed a new multi-year commercial supply agreement for its integrated dose counter system.
It did not disclose who it has signed the deal with, or any financial details of the agreement.
The deal covers supply of both its integrated dose counter actuator system, and its pressurised metered dose inhaler valve.
"With the conclusion of this agreement for our integrated dose counter device we have reinforced the ongoing strength of our respiratory device franchise, in particular in the pressurised metered dose inhaler segment, and created a significant business opportunity," said Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Glenn in a statement.
Shares in Consort are trading up 1.5% at 868.00 pence Wednesday morning.
