Crossrider Appoints New CEO; CFO Leaving To Join Amino Technologies

Tue, 31st May 2016 08:26

LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital advertising company Crossrider PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed a new chief executive and said its chief financial officer has left to join Amino Technologies PLC, an AIM-listed digital entertainment technology company.

Crossrider said Ido Erlichman has been appointed chief executive with immediate effect. He joins from his role as acting joint chief executive of VisualDNA, a psychographic data business, and formerly worked in the private equity practice at accountancy KPMG LLP.

Erlichman's appointment will mean Executive Chairman Don Elgie will revert to his role as non-executive chairman.

Crossrider also announced Mark Carlisle, its CFO, will join Amino. He will leave his role on August 19 and Crossrider said a search for a replacement is underway.

Until Carlisle joins, Amino said Julian Sanders will continue in his role as interim CFO.

Shares in Crossrider were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 26.34 pence. Amino shares, meanwhile, were down 0.5% to 100.5p.
