Custodian REIT PLC - UK commercial real estate investor - Net asset value per share at September 30 is 95.2 pence, slightly down from 95.7 pence at June 30. Says rent collection remains impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic with 88% of rent collected in the third quarter ended September 30, down from 90% in the second quarter. Proposes interim dividend of 1.05 pence each, up from 0.95p each in the second quarter.
