Custodian REIT PLC - Leicester, England-based real estate investment trust - Declares dividend per share for the three months to September 30 of 1.25 pence, unchanged from the dividend paid for the second quarter of 2021. The company says it target quarterly dividend per share increase of 10% to 1.375p commencing from the final quarter of 2021, resulting in target dividends per share of no less than 5.25p for the year to the end of March 2022 and 5.5p for the year to the end of March 2023. Custodian REIT posts net asset value per share of 106.0p compared to 101.7p recorded on June 30.
