LONDON (Alliance News) - Creston PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Kathryn Herrick as Chief Financial Officer of the Group and as a member of the Creston board.
Herrick will join the firm by the start of July 2014, said Creston, with the exact start date to be announced in due course.
The firm's recently announced appointment of former Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Barrie Brien, becoming Group Chief Executive, came into effect today.
Herrick will join the company from listed technology firm Equinix Inc, where she currently holds the role of Vice President Finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Shares in Creston were trading 0.88% higher at 103.4 pence per share Tuesday morning.
