GreenRoc Mining PLC - London-based miner-focused mineral projects in Greenland - Completes phase 2 of its drilling programme at the Amitsoq graphite project in southern Greenland. Says all holes reached target depths and intersected significant graphite layers. Identifies "exceptionally high grades" of up to 23.01% graphitic carbon in the lower graphite layers. Expects the results to support a "significant upgrade" in the project's resource tonnage, with analytical results expected in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Alba Mineral Resources PLC - explorer with assets in Greenland, Ireland and the UK - Holds a 54% majority interest in GreenRoc. Notes the completion of GreenRoc's phase 2 drilling programme.

Lexington Gold Ltd - Bermuda-based mineral explorer with projects in US - Says the 1-meter re-sampling at its Jones-Keystone project of the 4 meters composites has confirmed shallow, high-grade intercepts of up to roughly 7.5 grammes per tonne of gold. Says the results confirm and expand upon the "exceptional" results announced previously. "The directors believe these results will facilitate the establishment of a significant maiden JORC resource estimate for Jones-Keystone of potentially up to 100,000 ounces, which will serve to significantly increase the existing JORC resource estimate for our overall combined JKL project," Chief Executive Bernard Olivier comments.

Cobra Resources PLC - Wudinna gold project in South Australia - Identifies significant rare earth elements in the final tranche of lanthanide reanalyses of historical drill holes at its Wudinna project. Finds high-grade scandium of up to 136 grammes per tonne, in addition to rare earth results.

FW Thrope PLC - Worcestershire-based lighting systems firm - Acquires 80% of the share capital of SchahlLED Lighting GmbH in Germany. Pays an initial consideration of EUR14.6 million and could pay an additional amount to be determined by SchahlLED's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation performance in the year ending June 30, 2023. Expects the acquisition to enhance earnings per share in financial 2023. During 2021, SchahlLED records revenue of EUR15.9 million with Ebitda of EUR2.8 million.

Mediclinic International PLC - Stellenbosch, South Africa-based private hospital group - Receives court and general meeting approval for its acquisition by Manta Bidco. Says 96% of scheme shareholders voted for the acquisition at its court general meeting and 98% Mediclinic shareholders at its general meeting.

Pure Gold Mining PLC - Vancouver-based gold mining company focused on Canada - New mineral resource estimate shows estimate of 1.65 million ounces of gold at 7.4 grammes per tonne within 6.9 million tonnes in the indicated mineral resource category.
