LONDON (Alliance News) - Concurrent Technologies PLC said Engineering Director David Evans-Hughes bought 8,755 shares at a price of 45 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Evans-Hughes is interested in a total of 948,206 shares, representing 1.3% of the issued share capital.
The stock closed down 3.3% at 43.02p Thursday.
