(Alliance News) - TR European Growth Trust PLC said on Wednesday that City of London Investment Management Co Ltd has built a 5% stake in the company during a transaction on Monday.
It was not disclosed how many shares, if any, City of London Investment Management Co had in TR European prior to Monday's transaction.
City of London Investment Management Co is a subsidiary of City of London Investment Group PLC.
Shares in TR European were down 0.6% at 860.94 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
