(Alliance News) - Caribbean Investment Holdings Ltd on Wednesday said Cheryl Jones will step down as chair with immediate effect and will be replaced by the company's former financial chief Peter Gaze.
Gaze was the firm's financial chief between 1997 and 2015 and is a non-executive director at support services firm Marlowe PLC.
Jones, who is also stepping down as a non-executive, took over as chair in 2011 after joining the company's board in 2008.
Shares in Caribbean Investment were untraded in London on Wednesday afternoon, last quoted at 16.00 pence each.
