LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC said its company Chairman sold 1,500,000 shares at a price of 140 pence as part of a placing.
The shares were placed with an institutional shareholder by Charles Stanley Securities.
The placing shares represent 6.51% of the company's issued share capital and King retains 2,371,543 shares in the company.
Character Group shares were down 4.11% to 140 pence Friday.
