LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC said Non-Executive Director David Harris increased his stake in the company after purchasing 2,603 shares at 479.2 pence each on Monday.
Following the transaction, Harris holds a total of 46,700 shares in the company, giving him a 0.22% stake in The Character Group.
Character Group shares closed up 0.6% to 482.0p on Monday.
