C&C Group PLC - manufacturer, marketer and distributor of alcoholic drinks - Says Chief Executive Officer David Forde buys 48,092 shares at a price of GBP2.46 a share on Wednesday, worth GBP118,226. Also, Chief Financial Officer Patrick McMahon buys 20,665 shares at the same price, totalling GBP50,801. Non-Executive Director Helen Pitcher buys 8,015 shares at the same price, worth GBP19,704. Finally, Non-Executive Director Vineet Bhalla purchases 10,000 shares at GBP2.42 per share, totalling GBP24,180.

Current stock price: 249.60 pence, up 3.6% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 17%
