New board members for Coca-cola HBC

Swiss-based Coca-cola HBC has elected two new board members following the retirement of Susan Kilsby and Christos Ioanno. Olusola (Sola) David-Borha and Alexandra Papalexopoulou were elected the board of Europe's largest coke bottler after its annual general meeting.Papalexopoulou will also serve on the company's remuneration committee, the board said in a statement.The board said it considers the pair to be independent for purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code.Shares in the dual-listed stock rose 0.69% on the London Stock Exchange at 1,450p at 9.20 on Wednesday.

Coca-Cola HBC sees 'sharp acceleration' on pre-Covid revenue

(Sharecast News) - Drinks bottler Coca-Cola HBC reported 17.1% currency-neutral revenue growth in its third quarter on Wednesday, and a "sharp acceleration" on a two-year basis, closing 16.8% higher than the third quarter of 2019, pre-pandemic, or 8.9% ahead year-to-date on a like-for-like basis.
