LONDON (Alliance News) - Card Factory PLC on Thursday said Karen Hubbard will commence her role as the company's new chief executive on April 25.
Current CEO Richard Hayes will step down on April 24 but will continue as an executive director of the group until he retires at the end of June.
Shares in Card Factory were trading down 0.9% at 367.35 pence at the open on Thursday.
