LONDON (Alliance News) - Property developer Capital & Regional PLC on Thursday said PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, an entity connected to Non-Executive Director Louis Norval, acquired 2.0 million shares on Tuesday.
The shares were acquired at an average price of 60.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Norval holds a beneficial interest in 134 million shares, equal to a 19.1% stake. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 172.5 million shares, equal to a 24.6% stake.
The stock was up 0.4% at 60.75p Thursday.
