LONDON (Alliance News) - BTG PLC said Thursday it has entered into a second non-disclosure agreement with US medical manufacturing giant Boston Scientific Corp.
BTG said the agreement governs the sharing of confidential information between the companies as Boston Scientific prepares to integrate BTG.
In November, US medical devices manufacturer Boston Scientific agreed to acquire UK rival BTG for GBP3.3 billion.
Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Boston Scientific will pay 840 pence cash for each BTG share.
Shares in BTG were flat Thursday at 829.00 pence each.
