LONDON, July 29 (Reuters) - BT Chief executive Philip
Jansen said trading conditions for its Global division serving
multinationals were "challenging" but he was hopeful they would
improve in the second half.
"The large corporate space is very challenging," he told
reporters on Thursday.
"The Net Promoter Score, i.e. customer satisfaction, is the
highest it's ever been in Global, so no need to panic, we're
very alert to it," he said.
"It needs to come back and we're hopeful it will come back
in the back half."
