(Alliance News) - Investment manager Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC said on Thursday Non-Executive Director Paul Wilson has stepped down from the board after six years.
Brewin Dolphin did not give a reason for his departure, and said a new non-executive director will be appointed "in due course".
Brewin Dolphin shares were 0.1% higher on Thursday shortly after midday in London at 306.80 pence each.
