LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Breedon Group said three directors, including the company's chief executive officer, bought shares for a total of GBP106,396.Chief Executive Officer Patrick Ward acquired 75,000 shares at 64.7 pence each for GBP48,525.Group Human Resources Director Stephen Tagg bought 48,578 shares at 66.9p for GBP32,498 and Head of Communications & Marketing Stephen Jacobs purchased 38,532 shares at 65.85p each for GBP25,373. None of the directors' total stake in the company following the deal was disclosed.Breedon shares closed up 6.3% at 68.00p.----------Oakley Capital Investments said Director Peter Dubens purchased 133,920 shares at an aggregate price of 186.1p per share on Thursday. Following this GBP249,091 transaction, Dubens now holds an interest in 9.2 million shares in the equity investor, reflecting a 4.5% stake. Shares in Oakley Capital Investment closed up 0.1% at 185.17p.----------TT Electronics said Non-Executive Director Michael Baunton bought 18,044 shares in the company. Baunton's holding in the electrical components company after Thursday's GBP39,697 transaction was not disclosed. Following the GBP460,903 transactions, Mitchell and Hu now have an interest in 87,923 shares in the video game developer, reflecting a 0.2% stake. Shares in Frontier Developments closed up 9.8% at 1,180.00p.----------Diageo said Chairman Javier Ferran bought shares worth GBP757,200 in the company. Ferran acquired 30,000 shares at 2,524.95p each. His total stake in the company following the purchase was not disclosed. Diageo shares closed up 0.7% at 2,541.00p.----------Anglo Pacific Group said Non-Executive Chairman Patrick Meier bought shares in the company worth GBP19,665. Meier acquired 14,250 shares at 138p each. His total stake following the acquisition is 231,927 shares, representing 0.1% of the company. Anglo Pacific shares closed up 6.6% at 145.00p.----------Bigblu Broadband said Non-Executive Chairman Michael Tobin purchased shares worth GBP29,999 in the company. Tobin bought 31,578 shares at 95p each. His total stake in the company following the deal now is 206,099 shares or 0.4% of the firm. Bigblu shares closed up 10% at 105.00p. ----------
