LONDON (Alliance News) - B.P. Marsh & Partners PLC Wednesday said Chairman Brian Marsh transferred 220,000 shares to the Marsh Christian Trust, a grant-making charitable trust, at no cost. Subsequently, the trust sold the shares at 132.5 pence each.
Marsh's total shareholding currently stands at 17 million shares representing approximately 58.4% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the venture capital provider were down 1.8% at 130.10 pence Wednesday.
