Bahamas Petroleum Co PLC - Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company - Says it has reached an agreement with subscriber of GBP10.3 million convertible note funding arrangement. Bahamas and subscriber have agreed to extend date to December 15 as the deadline to satisfy all lending conditions.
