LONDON (Dow Jones)--BP PLC (BP) will propose Tony Hayward for a non-executive role at its Russian joint venture TNK-BP Holding (TNBP.RS) when he leaves his current position as the oil giant's chief executive, Sky News television reports Monday. BP is to decide on Hayward's fate at a board meeting later Monday, but the Wall Street Journal reported the company is negotiating his terms of departure. Hayward's likely replacement, Bob Dudley, was formerly in charge of TNK-BP before being forced to leave Russia after what he called a campaign of harassment by the Russian authorities. Dozens of other expatriate executives at TNK-BP also left.
