Beeks Financial Cloud Boss McArthur To Sell GBP2.2 Million In Shares

(Alliance News) - Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC, a provider of an automated trading platform, on Tuesday said Chief Executive Gordon McArthur intends to sell GBP2.2 million worth of stock in the company.

Beeks Financial shares were down 5.0% at 83.56 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.

McArthur intends to sell around 2.6 million Beeks Financial shares, or 5.2% stake, at 84 pence each. McArthur is currently interested in 30.1 million shares, representing 59.2% of the issued share capital of Beeks Financial.

The proposed sale includes 740,000 shares held by Gordon McArthur's wife, Claire McArthur, representing 1.5% of the issued share capital.
