(Alliance News) - Bidstack Group PLC said Friday it entered into a strategic partnership with advertising firm Dentsu Aegis Network to help expand access to its real-time in-game advertising inventory.
Bidstack said the deal will give game publishers access to one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. Across the Dentsu family, around USD54 billion of advertising spend passes through the firm from across 60 markets.
No financial details of the deal were provided.
"I believe this is the most significant announcement we have been able to make since coming to AIM," Bidstack Chief Executive Officer James Draper said.
"The video gaming industry is exploding in scale and the passionate and deeply immersed video gaming communities are now accessible to DAN's clients," Draper added. It's a sign of great progress that the advertising community are now figuring out how to maximise the opportunity for brands in the video gaming world.
Shares in Bidstack closed 4.3% lower at 23.20 pence in London on Friday.
