LONDON (Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd 2012 Cell said Founder Jonathan Moulton purchased shares in the investment firm in a transaction on Friday.
Moulton bought 16.7 million shares at a price of 11.02 pence each, totalling GBP1.8 million.
Shares in Better Capital were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 13.00p each.
Better Capital PCC founder increased his stake in the company, offering a vote of confidence in the business's future after it said it "very much regret" the way City Link's collapse was revealed.
