LONDON (Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd said Monday that Moulton Goodies Ltd, a firm associated with Director Jonathan Moulton, bough 2.5 million 2012 cell shares.
Moulton Goodies acquired the shares at 10.01 pence for a total of GBP250,000.
The firm's total stake in Better Capital following Monday's deal was not disclosed.
Better Capital PCC shares closed untraded at 53.00p.
Better Capital PCC founder increased his stake in the company, offering a vote of confidence in the business's future after it said it "very much regret" the way City Link's collapse was revealed.
