Tritax Big Box REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on logistics - As at June 30, net asset value per share up 1.8% at 152.81 pence from 150.04 on same date a year before. Pretax profit for six month-period up 52% to GBP103.2 million from GBP67.8 million, on net rental income that rose by 14% to GBP78.8 million from GBP69.2 million. Contracted rent roll up by 7.4% to GBP178.9 million from GBP166.6 million, while portfolio value as at June 30 up 6.1% to GBP4.18 billion from GBP3.94 billion from December 31. Interim dividend per share down 8.8% at 3.125 pence from 3.425p year before.
