LONDON (Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC said Thursday it raised GBP46.3 million via a placing, subscription and intermediaries offer of shares at 136.00 pence each.
The company placed 34.1 million shares, of which 26.0 million will be issued under the placing, 7.0 million under the subscription and 1.0 million in the intermediaries offer.
Following the completion of the issue, BB Healthcare Trust will have over the course of 2018 issued a total of 91.5 million shares, raising in total GBP123.9 million.
Admission to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange Main Market is expected to occur on Monday, following which BB will have 353.2 million shares in issue.
BB Healthcare Trust shares were trading up 0.7% at 138.00p each on Thursday.
