Melrose Industries PLC - Birmingham, England-based aerospace firm with Engines and Structures divisions that were formerly part of GKN - Hires Chris Grigg to be non-executive chair, joining the Melrose board on October 1 and taking over as chair from Justin Dowley at the end of March next year.
