B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based bookmaker - Raises EUR450,000 through subscriptions of convertible loan notes. Cash will satisfy creditor payments and regulatory payments due, which will "ensure the continued operations of the group". B90 says trading recovering after sporting events were cancelled in March due to Covid-19. In talks for further funding deals in the short term.
Current stock price: 4.75 pence, but suspended
