Compared to standard-of-care chemoimmunotherapy, the combination with Calquence, whose generic name is acalabrutinib, shows a 27% reduced risk of disease progression or death. Mantle cell lymphoma is rare and typically aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Astra explains.
