LONDON (Alliance News) - Aureus Mining Inc Wednesday said that GMP Securities Europe LLP and Numis Securities Ltd have exercised an option in full to increase a recent placing by up to 10%, and as a result, the company will now raise around GBP8.4 million through the placing of 168.3 million shares at 5 pence.
The company had previously announced a placing to raise GBP7.65 million through the placing of 153.0 million shares at the same price.
Shares in Aureus Mining were flat at 7.00 pence Wednesday afternoon.
