(Alliance News) - AssetCo PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills sold shares in the fire and emergency services provider.
Mills disposed of 45,000 shares at a price of 310 pence each, worth GBP139,500.
Shares in AssetCo closed 3.6% lower on Thursday in London at 308.50p each.
The company said Mills, as a member of Harwood Capital LLP, is deemed to have an interest in 5.9 million shares owned by various funds associated with Harwood Capital LLP.
