Argo Blockchain PLC - cryptocurrency mining firm - Says it intends to raise up to GBP26.8 million via share placing of 9.6 million shares to institutional and other investors and an offer for subscription for up to 3.4 million shares at an issue price of 200 pence each. Price is 20% discount to Monday's closing price. Argo has agreed to invest a further GBP7.3 million in Pluto Digital Assets PLC as part of Pluto's current funding round in order to maintain Argo's shareholding in Pluto at 25%.
