DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Litigation Capital chair and CEO buy after results

Litigation Capital Management Ltd - Sydney-based litigation financing - Chair Jonathan Moulds buys 770,000 shares at 72.60 pence each, worth GBP559,020, on Friday last week. Chief Executive Officer Patrick Moloney buys 76,750 shares at 73.57p on Monday this week. Moulds now has 3.1 million shares, a 2.6% stake, while Moloney has 10.3 million shares, a 8.6% holding. Litigation Capital earlier last week had reported a 17% decline in pretax profit in the financial year that ended June 30, but a rise in revenue and assets under management.

NatWest Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chief People & Transformation Officer Jen Tippin sells 194,333 shares at GBP2.60, worth GBP504,625, on Thursday last week.
