LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd said Wednesday that Independent Non-Executive Director David Copperwaite bought 7,299 shares at 82.20 pence.
Following this transaction, Copperwaite's holding in the company is less than 1%.
Shares in the fund were trading up 0.6% at 82.20 pence Wednesday afternoon.
