LONDON (Alliance News) - Amerisur Resources PLC on Wednesday said FIL Ltd reduced its holding in the oil & gas company in a transaction on Friday last week.
FIL cut its stake to below notifiable level, having previously held 5.0% interest.
Amerisur Resources shares were trading 4.3% lower on Wednesday at 11.87 pence each.
