LONDON (Alliance News) - Amerisur Resources PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Nigel Luson bought 100,000 shares at a price of 30.5 pence per share Tuesday.
The purchase is his only holding in the company.
Shares in the oil and gas producer were down 1.7% at 29.25p Wednesday.
