DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Amara Mining Chairman Buys 221,249 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Amara Mining PLC on Monday said Chairman John McGloin bought a total of 271,249 shares on Friday.

He bought 199,910 shares at 15 pence each and 71,339 shares at 14p each.

Following this transaction, McGloin holds 1.6 million shares, which represents a 0.37% stake in the firm.

Shares in the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company were up 6.3% at 15.15p Monday midday.
