IN BRIEF: Amiad Water Systems COO sells entire shareholding

Amiad Water Systems Ltd - Israel-based water treatment and filtration systems - Chief Operating Officer Noam Shlasky sells 16,463 shares at 335 pence, worth GBP55,151, on Tuesday last week. Shlasky has no remaining shares following the sale. On Wednesday last week, Amiad said it is considering delisting from AIM in London and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange instead.

Current stock price: 330.20p

Year-to-date change: up 32%
